September 1, 2023 at 1:45 amOPM denied my FERS disability retirement twice, at this point I needed an attorney. What a frustrating experience. I must have reached out to eight attorney’s before I finally had a chance to speak to an attorney who referred me to Attorney Dan. He is nothing short of amazing, he turned my case around in TEN days!! I thought I’d be waiting 120 days for a resolution … Attorney Dan is the MAN! He is smart, patient, kind, answers questions, explains things, he doesn’t talk down to you, treats you with respect and if all that isn’t enough he’s very good at what he does! Oh, and his office staff responds to emails
And phone calls.
I don’t have the words to express how thankful and greatful I am for attorney Dan representing me he turned my nightmare into a celebration.
