February 9, 2023 at 2:26 pmJack was recommended by a family member for our custody case. Warm and compassionate on our first meeting but that will never make up for how the case progressed and the fallout of his behavior. Jack would promise a draft or response and then go radio silent for weeks when we needed to act swiftly. Many times over he would send a draft and we would reply with edits only for him to completely ignore the edits, over and over again. He showed up to court disheveled, profusely sweating, unkempt. He lied directly to our faces about what was said in chambers with the judge. He submitted a petition to the court with all of the wrong edits and affixed our signature to it. He lied over and over about submitting said petition, allowing the opposing party to file for custody first. We submitted a formal complaint to the state against him and he was found to have violated the rules of professional conduct. I could not be less satisfied in his professional capacity.
