DO NOT HIRE BRADY T. GIBBS. Mr. Gibbs and very dishonest and he will take advantage of you! Mr. Gibbs does not have morals and professional ethics and will do anything and everything to charge you for everything little thing he can, even if he has to tamper, forge his own evidence. Mr. Gibbs forged and tampered with his own evidence, pretended to consult and represent his client but in reality, he NEVER consulted with this client and he’s been acting on his own. While he is piling up his charges and filing motions his supposed client had agreed with. Mr. Gibbs is very dishonest. He also mocks people with disability and single mothers. Mr. Gibbs lies through everything even knowing what the truth is, but for his own benefits he would disregard the attorney ethics and lie, mock someone with disability and single mothers, forge, tamper, and tell the opposing party that their case will not be looked at or reviewed by any commissioners or judges because they don’t have an attorney. And that the commissioners and judges do not like pro se’ litigants to win because they do not like to give them ideas that they can win without having an attorney they can’t afford. Mr. Gibbs is a liar, manipulator, forger, tampering with his own evidence, very dishonest and cannot be trusted. I have filed for Attorney Misconduct Complaint and contacted the BBB.
