September 7, 2022 at 10:34 pmMs. Simons is never in the office. Always “on vacation”. Never returns paying clients calls blames staff for missed calls. I believe her cell phone is what is listed as her contact number, so I’m unsure how not returning messages on a cell phone provided on pens and business cards is the fault of staff. When you do get Ms. Simons on the phone, she is hostile and acts annoyed by questions regarding Association concerns. It’s also concerning, that the turnover of employees in this firm is high. There have been 3 attorneys our Association can count that have left within less than 6 months and 2 paralegals. Ms. Simons also seems to blame any error on whoever departed the firm last, instead of looking into the matter. The attorney rates are also misleading and never explained when questioned.
